Student Grant Form

For new applicants –  you will be asked to answer the following questions:

  1. Explain your future plans. Please include your anticipated college major or degree.
  2. What are your extracurricular activities, especially those relating to conservation? Please list FFA activities, farm or forestry experience, any horticultural, botanical, environmental/ecological activities that are not on your grade transcript.
  3. Please explain why you feel qualified to receive help from the Cornwall Conservation
  4. Anything else we should know about you?

A current and complete transcript must be submitted.

2 letters of recommendation from either a guidance counselor, faculty advisor, teacher, or other individual who knows you well must be submitted.

For students who previously received a grant – please tell us how the previous grant helped further your goals, and how you are pursuing your interest in your major.
