On Saturday, March 14 at 10am there will be a fun hike on the Foote-Pope and Furnace Brook Preserve Trail. This is a .5 plus .75 easy circuit through open fields and wooded terrain that opens onto Furnace Brook and Cornwall Village, a must-know amenity for Village walkers.

Meet at the Foote-Pope Preserve entrance at the bottom of Pierce Lane. Foote Field is fine for normal hiking boots, but if you intend to also visit Furnace Brook, be prepared for much water (i.e. tall, waterproof boots), mud, snow, etc. Led by CCT Stewards.
